When performing an import it needs to be in ICS format.  You can learn about the format, download an example file and validate your file here: https://icalendar.org/

Team Calendars import expects a standard .ics file.  Those are plain text with some strict formatting rules.  You can read how to build one over  at https://icalendar.org/
