Update in confluence calender doesn´t synchronize with outlook calender

Hello,

I have set an appointment in Confluence Calender and deleted it afterwards. The appointment was taken over in Outlook Calendar, although it can no longer be found in Confluence Calender. How do I get the appointment deleted from Outlook?
