We are looking at setting up release calendars in Confluence based on JIRA tickets. I know we can add JIRA events in a Team Calendar, what I need to know is can this be automated. Here is what I want to do:
Create a ticket in JIRA
Ticket creation in JIRA automatically adds an event in the Team Calendar
Ticket updates automatically updates the event in the Team Calendar
OR
Create a ticket in JIRA
Set a listener or some other “poller” that reads the JIRA project and adds new events/update existing events in the Team Calendar.
Seems like this is something we should be able to do.
