I have change related tickets in my ITSM Remedy system and I'm trying to figure out an automated way to import it into a Confluence Calendar.
I know how to pull it out of the ITSM system in an automated fashion - just need the Confluence side.
I saw an article around taking excel data and converting into to iCAL and then loading it into the Calendar, which would work for a one-time event.
Is that the only want to do something like this?
