MICROSOFT TO DO SYNCRONIZATION

I set the syncronization between jira issue to microsoft to do activities.

But, even if I set "SYNC DUE DATES", the date are not syncronized and the activities in microsoft are all without the due date.

(I'm using the app microsoft 365 for jira by yasoon)

Is there a solution?
