How to remove calendar in deleted space?

We have some deleted spaces who's calendars were not deleted. How can I delete those calendars? I should mention that we are contractually obligated to remove them.

A sql query shows, for example, 

Calendar Name                Space Key
Deployment Calendar     (null)

Are you able to subscribe to the calendars in your "My Calendars"?
