How to add confluence tab by default in all MS teams meeting

We saw the feature of having a confluence tab in MS teams meeting. 

Tested the option of manually adding confluence in one of the meeting after it was started. 

We would like to check if there a way to have the confluence tab by default in all MS teams meeting.
