I've tried various approaches to get thunderbird to have 2-way sync with team calendars for confluence.
Basically my confusion starts at the screenshots shown here https://confluence.atlassian.com/teamcal/subscribe-to-team-calendars-from-thunderbird-946631710.html being outdated.
I'm using the cloud version, still in trial.
