Email notifications should show who the event is for, not just the creator

When an event is created on a Confluence calendar, the email notification shows the creator of the event. However, if someone is creating an event on behalf of another user, there's no indication of this. It would avoid some confusion if the "Who" field could be included on emails if it's filled out.
