Cannot add Confluence calendar

I am unable to add Confluence Team calendar to either my outlook or google calendar. I have followed the https://confluence.atlassian.com/teamcal/subscribe-to-team-calendars-from-google-calendar-273285887.html but this still does not work.

I would be grateful if you can assist in this.

Could you help us understand what exactly isn't working when you try that? Please list each step you took and what happened after the step. If you can explain any behaviors or error message you are seeing it will help us.

Lastly, please confirm your Team Calendars and Confluence versions, as well as your Outlook version.
