Can an API get the Workday Absence Requests integrated to Confluence Team Calendar?

For example, if an employee enters PTO, SPTO, or a remote day can we have an API set up to feed this data to the Confluence Team Calendar?

@Meredith Ezekiel Welcome to the Atlassian Community

There currently is not an official confluence calendar API.  So even if you build a webservice to provide the data there would be no way to add it to Confluence calendar.
