How to find average days of closed tickets in a month.

Hello All

I have requirement 

In a project how can we find  average days of closed tickets in a month.

like  suppose 

in a month closed tickets are 100. I need to find the average days as 3.3 days something 

can any one help on this.

You can also try a third-party add-on - Time in Status for Jira Cloud by SaaSJet team. It generates an Average time report, which meets your needs.

Also, you can export data as XLSX or CSV files. Let me know if you have any questions.

I haven't tried them myself but I recommend checking the demos, and you can contact their support to see if they could be a good fit.

@vasanth are you leveraging the full potential of the control charts? Please see https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/view-and-understand-the-control-chart/

In your case, you can use the timeline feature, and also have a quick filter that only includes closed tickets.
