Yes, it is possible to have more than one owner. If you migrated to an Atlassian org, then a team member (SP User) with SiteAdmin rights on admin.atlassian.com will have "Owner" rights. Please see the following article on how to set a site admin for your site - https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/give-users-admin-permissions/
