I was given permission as product admin in status page by another administrator. I created a second page and I need to add another user as team member, this user currently have access to the first page but not to the second one. I added his user email and send the invitation but he is not getting the email. Is there a way to check why the email was not sent? User has reviewed in email spam but there is nothing there.

It's possible this other user's email address returned errors to our mail processing service in the recent past, causing emails to go onto a temporary suppression list. Based on the number of email addresses with Atlassian accounts on your domain, it's actually best if we have the specific email address of this person to confirm if emails are being delivered.
To this end, it would be helpful if you could create a technical support case with us and mention the user's email address in the ticket details. Community is a public-facing resource, and so posting an email address here means it's visible to everyone.
