Uploading Subscribers

Hello

We have a Statuspage subscription which is licenced for 5000 subscribers.

I'm looking to subscribe a further 8000 but am uploading them with the setting "Skip Confirmation = NO" so they will not immediately be subscribed.

I don't expect all of them to actually subscribe - just a small segment - maybe 30%.

So my question is - will the limit of 5000 prevent me from submitting these 8000 (so I can't do it) OR will the 5000 limit only stop the 5001st customer from Confirming as and when these customers subscribe

So the answer will drive whether we have to increase subscription now or we can wait until it approaches the 5000 figure.

Hi @John Walker -

You should be able to subscribe 3000 more subscribers via the import feature we offer. Once uploaded, you'll receive a banner on the admin side saying you need to upgrade. Take note that if you don't upgrade right after, you'll most likely receive an email from us requesting that you upgrade.
