Unable to create a new user via api

When trying to create a new user via API (for Audience-specific page), I am getting the following error: "This organization is managed via Atlassian Site Admin."

Any idea what permission I need to give to be able to automate user creation via api?

Hello Hemant,

Welcome to the community. Thanks for the question about adding users via the API. To add a page access user to an audience-specific page, you must use the Add a page access user endpoint. The other endpoint that gave you the error is something that we used before switching over to Atlassian Accounts. It is still there because there are permission changes you can make. Hopefully, that helps clear any issues, and you can add your page access users. :)
