Stop the long-running incident notifications for all users

Hello,

Is there the option to stop all the long-running incident notifications/long-running degraded component notifications for all users, rather than each user having to update their profile with this option?

Hi Sarah,

This is Jesse from the Statuspage support team. Thanks for the question around removing the long running incident/degraded component notifications to team members. Unfortunately, each member needs to choose whether they want to disable those notifications. The intent is meant to make sure that teams are aware of anything long running in case something is ever missed and we let individual team members decided whether they want to remove these notifications. Hi Petar,

If you are within Statuspage and click on your avatar on the bottom left and go to profile, you can select to toggle these off. Here is an article with more information: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/update-personal-information-and-notifications/
