Why is my Statuspage Subscription not visible in my.Atlassian?

There are a few possible reasons why your Statuspage subscription might not be visible in your my.Atlassian account, I will try to resume here a few possible explanations to it:

  1. Your Statuspage subscription is not linked to your my.Atlassian account: In order to view your Statuspage subscription in your my.Atlassian account, you will need to link your Statuspage account to your my.Atlassian account. This can be done by going to your Statuspage account settings and clicking on the "Link to my.Atlassian" button.
  2. You do not have access to the Statuspage subscription: If you do not have the necessary permissions to view the Statuspage subscription, it will not be visible in your my.Atlassian account. You may need to contact the owner of the Statuspage subscription or an administrator to request access.
  3. There is an issue with your my.Atlassian account: If you are experiencing issues with your my.Atlassian account, it is possible that your Statuspage subscription is not being displayed correctly. You may need to reach out to the my.Atlassian support team for assistance.
