Hi All,
I am working with someone who uses Statuspage. I am already a subscriber to them and get an alert when they have an incident. I want to know if I can amend certain areas of the incoming alert and post it as an incident alert for my subscribers automatically. Please advice if there is such a cross-account model that I can take advantage of. Appreciate your help.
Regards,
Dave
Hey Vishal,
There isn't anything native in the application that would allow you to take a notification received, and then create an incident in your own page to send notifications to your own subscribers.
That being said, it could be worth exploring the page API (appending /api in the URL of any public Statuspage) to monitor the top level status for any component changes/incident. Should there be something posted you could have automation created to then create an incident on your own page using the authenticated API (developer.statuspage.io).
Hope this helps!
