Statuspage Migration

Please can you advise on the message on our statuspage regarding migrating users to Atlassian?

We have over 2000 subscribers that view our page and we are unsure of the impact this migration will have on our subscribers? We want to avoid them having to create an account. Our migration date is set to June 1st. Can you please explain what is required of us to do to make this a smooth transition?

Out of the managed users we have 35 IT staff that login via single sign on

Many thanks

Sophie

Hey Sophie

The migration from Statuspage user management to Atlassian will only impact how administrators access the Statuspage management console (manage.statuspage.io). This will have no impact on a pages subscribers.

If your Statuspage organization is currently using SAML/SSO for authenticating to the management portal then your organization owner within Statuspage will need to follow the steps outlined on our KB article on how to migrate when using SSO -https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/migrate-to-an-atlassian-account-while-using-single-sign-on/

Thanks Zach! That was our concern that it would affect subscribers so great news. I will pass this information on.

Have a good day!
