Phone numbers from countries not listed will experience varying degrees of functionality. This means that submitting one of these numbers in the Subscriber section may work, but the owner of the number may experience issues since they are not officially supported by our phone service providers. Looking through a few past cases, I can see issues with confirmation for Ireland numbers, so you may need to reach out to Support to have those confirmed. But I did not see cases for Spain and Italy, which might indicate that they don't have issues, but again, since they are not officially supported, performance for SMS messages to these numbers might be sporadic.
If you submit a Support case regarding this, we can get a Feature Request created, or have you added to an existing request, to see if support can officially be provided to these countries in the future.
