Status Page Maintenance notification frequency

I'm reaching out to inquire about the frequency of status page maintenance notifications. Could you kindly confirm whether we receive notifications exclusively when maintenance is scheduled or if additional instances prompt notifications?

what is the notification frequency time?

Thanks for reaching out to the community regarding your question about maintenance notifications. I'll attach the notification event trigger list for you to show the different times notifications are sent:

As you can see, it notifies you when the maintenance is scheduled, when it starts, when it resolves, and whenever you add another update at any point. You can always turn off notifications for an update.

For maintenance specifically, you can also send a reminder 1 hour before the maintenance, and in the automation settings, you can auto-transition and auto-notify when the maintenance starts and ends.
