My Subscribers do not receive invitation emails.

Hello, for some reasons, the new subscriber doesn't get the invitation emails

Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community! 

May I ask you please to check junk/spam folders to see if you got confirmation emails? 

Also, could you please share your page, so that I can try to subscribe myself and see if I'll get an email?

Thanks Egor, yes, I have chekced the spam and asking a few of the colleagues to try and it doens't work.

Hey Arion,

Thanks, may I ask you please to open a new ticket with us using https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/ and also include the affected users, so that we can check the logs and find the reason why these emails are not arriving? 

You can also mention this community post when opening a ticket.
