Managing Business Hours for services

Hello,

When a service is 24/7 operational but not always available due to Business Hours is there a way to manage this ? Is there a status assigned that will mark the service as outside Business Hours but not count as outage or any other issue?

For example a service is weekdays accessible (Business Hours) from 01:00 to 11:00 but outside this timeframe is not accessible due to Business Hours. Also how can you exclude weekends or holidays? For example a Business Hours Schedule that applies to all days and somehow exclude weekends and some other days (holidays).

Best Regards

Hi @Elias Peppas,

This is Darryl. I am here to help.šŸ˜€

Please note that Statuspage is for the communication for the health of service/component at all times, so it's presumably monitoring regardless of the time of the day/week, under this premise, there is no way to set up the holiday schedule.

From the page subscriber's perspective, we are not quite sure about the importance/information that can be interpreted from this request, because, when there is an incident occurred or a component's status has changed, it should mean the same to the subscribers regardless of the time (business hours, holidays, and so on) of this event.

Please help us understand this request so that we can help you better accordingly.

Thank you.

Kind regards,
Darryl Lee
