Hi team,
I wanted to check how to link a component downtime with an incident.
The specific component (say A) was not selected during the incident, but we later on figured out it was impacted. Now, we want to edit component A and mark the downtime period with the link to the specific incident.
I believe this would be have been possible to be achieved if there was a way to edit the components that were affected during the downtime or if there was a way to manually specify an incident for the component downtime?
Also, I could not find a way to do it in the API documentation.
Hi Swapnil,
You can look into the steps provided by one of my colleague in similar question relating to components.
