Integrate Service Desk Customer

Hello,

I would like to know how I integrate my customer service desk into my statuspage.

All my customer data is in my service desk portal. 

So I would like all my customer receive directly a notification by email when there are an issue.

I don't want to do that manually.

@Emilie PERIGOIS - allo Émilie! If you link your Jira Service Desk project with Statuspage, you can have incidents in Statuspage appear on your JSD portal: https://support.atlassian.com/statuspage/docs/set-up-a-jira-service-desk-integration/

This doesn't directly answer your question, as you're looking to inform all customers via email about incidents, correct? If these customers are within your company, can you send an all-company email about incidents after the incident is verified?
