I would like to know how I integrate my customer service desk into my statuspage.
All my customer data is in my service desk portal.
So I would like all my customer receive directly a notification by email when there are an issue.
I don't want to do that manually.

This doesn't directly answer your question, as you're looking to inform all customers via email about incidents, correct? If these customers are within your company, can you send an all-company email about incidents after the incident is verified?
