I'm really unsatisfy with the service I received for statusPage support just trying to Onboard this solution to the point of not continuing because of support.
I would like to place a proper complaint regarding this matter since my perception is that when you're onboarded on a new system it doesn't fall under regular setup.

Hi Patrick, I don't think the Community is the right place since most of us here are users like yourself. Usually, when you are working with Support on an issue you have the opportunity to provide feedback via the survey link that is sent. There is also a feedback link under your avatar (at least for Cloud) you might try that.
