Typically after we create an incident on Statuspage, we will whatsapp the URL to our customers and they will click on the URL and go directly to StatusPage to view the latest status of our incident.
Question : Can you create a password access for the URL link meaning when our customer "click" on the URL, a pop-up password will be required (which we set the password of course and whatsapp separately to our customers).
Hope my question is clear.
Hey Kenny,
Thanks for reaching out to Atlassian Community.
You can do that using our Private pages https://www.atlassian.com/software/statuspage/private-pages or Audience Specific pages - https://www.atlassian.com/software/statuspage/audience-specific-pages
In that case, you will be required to authenticate to see the page and incidents.
I hope this helps.
Best Regards,
Egor
Hi, I have decided to purchase the 1 (base price) Audience-Specific page feature for $300 monthly.
Question : I'm currently on Startup plan ($99 monthly), how do I add the Audience-Specific page feature in order to start using it?
