Free tier Owner account disabled - how do you unlock/reset password

Trying to login to the StatusPage with owner account and receive  the following error:

"This account has been disabled due to too many incorrect logins. Please contact us at for assistance"

Sending an email to this for assistance I get a response from the billing and licencing team.


How do I have the owner account unlocked after inheriting the email account ownership of the previous owner.

I'm sorry to hear that you are locked out of your account, Can you please raise this as a support ticket with your email address so we can unlock this one for you!
