Is there a way to verify/prove that an email notification was sent to a user?
I have a user that is saying that they are not receiving emails from Statuspage. I have verified that they have the proper subscriptions, are not quarantined, and have confirmed their email address. Is there a log or anything I view that will show the recipients of the emails?
I can see that notifications were sent but is it possible to see the list of users included?
If you're confident that the user is subscribed for updates, and not quarantined, then we can have a look in our Email vendor logs to see whether the notification has been sent out to user, and what state is it in.
