SSO for Audience Specific pages is possible, as outlined in our Statuspage knowledge base Single sign-on for audience-specific pages needs to be enabled by the Statuspage support team. You can reach out to the support team at https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ with the page details where you need the SSO option enabled.

Hello @Katrina Pambid 

The knowledge article explained the steps with Okta as an example only and you can configure SSO with any different service provider. Please do note the steps shown in the knowledge article may differ slightly depending on your IdP provider/setup.
