Customise time of maintenance notifications

Hi,

I would like to use StatusPage to send notifications of our monthly maintenance. We currently send 3 notifications:

1. 1 week prior

2. At start time

3. Upon completion

2 and 3 are fine, and StatusPage gives an option to send a notification 1 hour prior to start time, but I can't seem to find a way to customise a notification to be sent 1 week before (or any time other than the standard 1 hour). Is this possible?

Happy to help!

At the moment, the options there are the only ones available since those options are hardcoded. We do have a Feature Request to introduce the ability to customize the amount of time used in the reminder under STATUS-506. This ticket is internal, but if you get a Support Request submitted with that included, we can add you to the request for future updates.
