Banner image never updates to newly uploaded file?

Hello,

I am trying to customize the look of our service status page with a banner image. I have made some changes to the image, but even after uploading the updated file many times, the page forever display the initially uploaded image.

I have emptied my cache and have opened the page in a different browser to make sure it was not just a history issue.

How can I make sure the right image is up?

Hello Camille,

After you upload the new cover image, you will also need to scroll to the very bottom of the page and click the Save Page Customizations button to commit the new changes to your live page. Does clicking that button resolve this problem for you?

Hi. I'm having the same problem and am saving the changes. It was uploading files and now it's not no matter what i do. I have raised a request to investigate (JSP-408905).
