Adjust notification event triggers

Dear community,

 

Is there any way to adjust the notification event scheme? In detail, we would want to determine when to send sms, mails etc. For example: We want to send mails and sms only when impact is major, for other impact values we only want to send mails. Is this setup possible in statuspage?

Hi Jordy,

 

Currently it is not possible to configure notification triggers based on the incident severity.

We have a feature request logged for introducing the options to suppress the notifications based on time of the day, severity and day of the week, but this is still in planning phase, and it is difficult to say at this point when can we expect to see this in the Statuspage UI.

In the interim, you can consider trying out Opsgenie, and using its incident management features to accomplish this, by integrating it with your Statuspage.
