About color changes and date format customization

・Is the color change function in the page can be accessed via "Customize page and email" > "Colors" available on all plans?
・Is there a way to change the date display format to "%Y年%m月%d日" (Year/Month/Day with Japanese characters)? If possible, I would like to know which plans support this feature.

Color Customization Availability: The "Colors" customization feature shown under "Customize status page and email" is generally available on higher-tier Statuspage plans, such as Business and Enterprise. Basic or lower-tier plans might have limited customization options.

Date Display Format: Currently, Statuspage does not support changing the date format directly to a custom format like "%Y年%m月%d日" (Year/Month/Day with Japanese characters). The date format is often set based on the region or locale of the Statuspage, but the flexibility to customize the display format in such detail is usually not available out of the box. This level of customization might require custom coding or using custom HTML/CSS, which is typically possible only on higher-tier plans like the Enterprise plan.
