If you need to transfer one of your Statuspages to a different Atlassian Organization, please submit a ticket to our support team. To ensure faster service and a smoother move, kindly fill out the following checklist in the description of your ticket so that we have all the necessary details beforehand:
URLs of the status pages you want moved:
Are you paying directly through Atlassian or paying through one of our Partners? : (yes/no)
Atlassian Site URL:
Destination Atlassian Site URL:
Are you paying directly through Atlassian or paying through one of our Partners? : (yes/no)

A: Moving your page does not affect your subscribers, incidents, maintenances, Activity log, or any other data internal to the page. The only things that will need to be updated are the following:
Statuspage API keys
These are organization-specific so they will need to be updated anywhere you are using them after the move
Domain Verification if using a custom send-from email
If you are using a custom send from email, you will need to edit your DNS setting with the new record. This record contains your Statuspage Organization ID which will change after the move.
You can find the new record in the DNS tab within Statuspage.
A: They will coexist, you'll see 2 pages under your new Statuspage product. You can always delete the “temp” page after the page move is completed.
A: It will remain, however, it can be deleted at any time if there is no longer a need for it, depending if you have other products in that organization.
A: This will depend on how you were paying for the page initially, whether that is via credit card or invoice. We will provide you more information for your specific case in your support ticket.
