Uptime Showcase lets you display the historical uptime/downtime of the components on your status page. It's a great way to show your users all the times your service was running smoothly and any little blips you had along the way.
One of the most common pieces of feedback we've received about this feature is that people want the ability to edit their uptime/downtime data. Maybe you had an incident but forgot to update your status page. Or maybe you accidentally left an incident open for multiple days, so your component(s) never got flipped back to "Operational".
Whatever the case, you want to be able to show the most accurate representation of your system's health on your status page, and now you can do that by editing any errors or missed 'major outage' and 'degraded performance' reports in your Uptime Showcase.
To edit the uptime/downtime of a component, go into "Edit" mode on a specific component that has Uptime Showcase enabled. Hover over the colored bars in the uptime showcase graph and then click on the day you want to edit.
Now, you can edit the "hrs" and "mins" values, then click the checkbox to save and publish your uptime. These changes are reflected instantaneously on your page. To learn more about editing your uptime, check out our knowledge base article.
Note: We’ll be rolling out this feature over the next several days. Some accounts may or may not have access to the edit capabilities at the time of this posting.
