win 7: Why does a powershell execute after connecting to Bitbucket and installing Sourcetree?

Edited

Ever since I connected to Bitbucket and installed Sourcetree my system security software 'CylanceProtect' reports the following:

CylancePROTECT.BlockedEvents.gifCylancePROTECT.Scripts.gif

1. Is this something to do with Bitbucket / SourceTree?

2. What is the script for?

3. Our IT dept. will not allow powershell scripts to run and as policy all are blocked. How will this effect my teams installation / use of Bitbucket?

Thanks for any help offered.
