the sourcetree is not getting installed on my laptop windows 10 . i downloaded the exe file from your website and its not installing and running just showing the splash screen.

Hello! Are you sure it didn't create a shortcut on your desktop or start menu? The installer is pretty quick -- there isn't any options. If you like for it to install in a different location you can use the enterprise installer found here.
