sourcetree v3.1.2. connection problem with gitlab on a mac ox mojave

Hello everyone,

Hopefully someone can help because I'm getting very desperate. When I want to connect sourcetree with gitlab on my mac I get every time this message :

fatal: unable to access 'https://........../.........git/': SSL certificate problem: self signed certificate

I followed the instructions and adjusted the certificate in the keychain to always trust but no solution.  

The repositories are stored locally on our server.

Hopefully somebody can help because after 5 days of searching for solutions I'm getting pretty desperate.

We've had a couple reports about this for GitLab and QA is investigating. I'll provide an update as soon as we have one.
