selectAllFilesOnCommitSelection 0 behaves like 1

When I set "Select all files when selecting commit" to 0, it always behaves as 1

I confirm that "Select all files when selecting commit" is set to 0 by running the following:

defaults read com.torusknot.SourceTreeNotMAS selectAllFilesOnCommitSelection

SourceTree 1.7.3

OS X 10.9
