"installation has failed " error!!!

Edited

I tried to install sourcetree to connect with git service.

but I failed to installation.

the error message is that installation has failed like below.

image.png

and when I click the "open setup log" to check the log, it didn't open any file.

how can I install the source-tree?!!

To solve the problem, I tried with several versions (1.10.24.1/ 3.1.3) but all failed.

I'm using those specs.

-windows10

-git 2.20.1

Hello! Can you make sure you have write permissions to AppData/Local (verify your anti-virus isn't stopping the install), and make sure you have the latest Windows updates?

If that doesn't work, could you try using the Enterprise installer?

Thanks!
