We'll need more information from you so we're able to pinpoint this issue:

  1. Are you using Sourcetree for Windows or for Mac?
  2. Which browser are you using? Can you try a different one?
  3. Do you have a Bitbucket account? Have you tried accessing it through the browser? Do those credentials work?
