Hi @hunthan,

A few questions to help narrow down the problem area:

1. What version of Sourcetree are you using and on what OS?

2. What version of Bitbucket Server are you using?

3. Does it work properly if you do so from the command line instead?

Thanks,

Brian Ganninger
Principal Developer, Sourcetree

1.Sourcetree version 2.7.4, macOS Mojave Version 10.14.4

2.Atlassian Stash V3.2.2

3.command line show same message with SourceTtree.

I'm not sure, I don't support Bitbucket Server. You'll need to ask for more information in that section.
