Xcode changes not reflected in sourcetree.

Xcode changes not reflected in sourcetree. created branches from origin will showed. But, changes made in created branches not reflected from xcode to sourcetree. Below steps are used to fix:

1. Command+R

2. Command+D+R

3. Automatic Refresh is ON state

4. Even changing(checkouts) branches from one branch to other in xcode, affects in Sourcetree too and wise-versa

It's really disappoints me.Any Useful solution greatly appreciable.
