Why is there nothing in my interactive rebase dialog?

I follow this tutorial Interactive Rebasing with SourceTree and get this empty dialog:

Using the CLI I can rebase successfully. I'm not sure if this is a bug or not

I have the same Bug on IOS with Sourcetree  4.2.1

It's not possible to rebase interactively if a rebase would not make sense (If your current commit is already rebased on the commit you want it to rebase it on). This is quite bad for people like me who just likes to sqash commits together.
