Why is the background color black in Interactive rebase window?

Edited

Hi All,

I installed the sourcetree 4.1.3 for mac on my macbook pro (m1).

Then I find the background color in rebase window is black, and it's hard to read the commits.

If anyone knows any setting can change the bg color, please tell me.

Thank you very much.

I had to use "Dark Mode" (preferences->General->Appearance) as a workaround until this is fixed.

Hi Hasanaayar,

Thanks for your suggestion.

Similar to many other users, changing SourceTree's own appearance to "Dark Mode" (not the system's dark mode) does offer a workaround.

This is really annoying, please fix this. Everyone marks the issues Low, but it very annoying.

I'm using Source Tree 4.2.0 and it fixed, the ticket SRCTREE-7777  has mentioned it fixed in 4.2.1 :)

I have been updated to v4.2.1, It's ok too. I using macOS 13.2.1.

This issue is still not fixed with v4.2.0!

Let update to v4.2.1, It has been fine with macOS 13.2.1.

I'm also seeing this issue on Monterey 12.3 (Intel) with SourceTree 4.1.6.

This is broken for me, too, and has been through several updates. It's really annoying. C'mon, Atlassian, this is a major usability bug that needs to be fixed. Some of us prefer light mode, you know.

Same issue here, seems like a bug!

Will this be fixed? Is there a bug ticket already?

I can confirm that using "light mode" always shows this screen as completely black.  Using Dark mode at least makes the font white, therefore readable.
