Hi. I tried to install and use Sourcetree. But in the install process, the window of Sourcetree is all transparent and cannot finish install.
I tried uninstalling Sourcetree using Control panel, deleting all the file in the "C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\Atlassian" and C:\Users\gt510\AppData\Local\Atlassian\SourceTree.exe_Urlxxxxx", and reinstalling older versions of Sourcetree, although nothing succeeded.
In the screen shot, the window seems black, but usually it is transparent. I wondered that the graphic driver was wrong and updated it, but it did not improve the situation.
Hello! This is most defiantly an issue with either your video-card drivers, your DirectX version, or some other issue related to that.
Could you try the following? It's going to disable hardware acceleration for all WPF apps but may solve the problem:
Set the following registry key to a DWORD of 1:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Avalon.Graphics\DisableHWAcceleration
I am so sorry that it was not fixed though I tried.
Originally, there is no registry folder, such as
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Avalon.Graphics\DisableHWAcceleration
This is the picture of regedit, where I have no \DisableHWAcceleration folder.
