When i checkout a branch in SourceTree files do not update, but when i use Git Extensions the files update fine. Am i missing a setting in SourceTree?

For example, if i blow away some files that are tracked and are indexed and i Pull/check out the branch in Source tree, the files do not get pulled.  when i use Git Extensions the files are pulled fine.

If the pull does not return with an error, it was successful and the results are the same in any Git client. There is a setting at Tools\Options\"Refresh automatically when files change". If this is off, you need to manually refresh the view after the pull (F5). If it is on, you might have to wait a little for a refresh.
