What bookmarks?!

John Winters February 19, 2019

Been using Sourcetree for a while with git.  Decided to read some of the "getting started" stuff.  First thing that pops up is a blurb on the "bookmarks window".  Can't seem to fine that one.  Is the documentation even close?

Hi @John Winters,

@Mikael Sandberg is essentially correct for Windows.

On Mac there's a "Repository Browser" window which contains repository bookmarks and groups for them. I've passed along a note to our documentation team about improving this in the future.

Cheers,

Hi John,

Welcome to the Atlassian Community.

Bookmarks are the links to your repositories when you open a new tab

It is the name you give your repository when you clone it in Sourcetree.
